At a time of growing tensions and declining confidence in Europe, the question arises: How can the principles of the Helsinki Final Act be reaffirmed or reinterpreted for the 21st century? Can the OSCE be revived as a platform for dialogue and understanding between East and West? Our distinguished panelists will discuss ways to overcome the current security crisis and create a stable security order in Europe.
